Sagrada Família tickets and arrival

Official Sagrada Família tickets go on sale roughly 2 months ahead, online or through the official app, as stated in the Basilica's FAQ. When official slots sell out, choose another date or an available tour with the Basilica ticket included.

Every Basilica ticket carries a name and a fixed time. Bring the photo ID that matches your ticket and proof of any discount. Arrive at your slot. Late arrivals cannot enter, and you cannot return after leaving.

Rules inside the Sagrada Família

The Sagrada Família's quiet hour runs from 9:00 to 10:00, as set out in the Basilica's rules. Use earphones and keep quiet during that hour. Food and drinks from outside are barred; eating is not allowed on the grounds. Plan meals before entry or after leaving.

The Sagrada Família dress code requires trousers and skirts to reach at least halfway down the thigh. See through clothing and swimwear are not allowed. Hats must come off in the nave and museum, except for religious, health or belief reasons. Visitors cannot enter barefoot.

Sagrada Família towers with children

The Sagrada Família towers are closed to children under 6. Children aged 6 to 16 must visit with an adult. Tower visitors take the lift up and walk down. Pushchairs cannot enter the towers.
