The Basilica stop takes 60 minutes and starts at the Nativity façade. The model shows the planned Basilica and the parts still to be built. The guide then takes the group inside the Basilica.
- Passion façade tower 30 min
The Passion façade tower stop takes 30 minutes and is included only in English Tour & Tower Access. You take the lift up and walk down the stairs on your own.

Free cancellation up to 24 hours before departure. Later cancellations get no refund. Bookings are confirmed instantly. The tour can be cancelled in bad weather. Ask the seller what happens if only the tower closes and what refund applies to your package.
Know before you go
- The Basilica's FAQ requires official photo ID at entry and arrival at your booked time. Bring the ID that matches your ticket. You cannot return after leaving the grounds.
- The Basilica's rules require trousers and skirts to reach at least mid-thigh. Transparent clothing and swimwear are not allowed. Cover your shoulders in the Chapel of the Holy Sacrament.
- The Basilica checks bags and personal items with metal detectors. Dangerous items and outside food or drinks are not allowed. Bags go in lockers before the tower visit.
- The official conditions of sale bar children under 6 from the towers; children aged 6 to 16 need an adult. A child fare cannot grant tower entry to under-sixes. Check the fare for children who can use the tower before you pay.
- The Passion façade tower has no access for wheelchairs or prams, or people with reduced mobility. Pregnant visitors cannot climb the tower. The Passion façade tower also bars people with vertigo or claustrophobia, dizziness or anaemia, or heart or breathing problems.
- You get a full refund if you cancel at least 24 hours before the tour starts. You get no refund if you cancel within 24 hours of the start.
