- Bring the photo ID matching your ticket name. Tickets are valid only at the booked time; late arrivals cannot enter. The Basilica's opening-hours page lists Sunday visits at 10:30–19:00 in October.
- The Basilica's rules require trousers and skirts to reach at least mid-thigh. Transparent clothing and swimwear are not allowed. Shoulders must be covered in the Chapel of the Holy Sacrament.
- The Basilica checks bags and personal items with metal detectors. The Basilica's FAQ states that suitcase lockers are unavailable. Food and drinks from outside are not allowed in.
- Headsets are excluded for groups below 10 people and children under 11. For a group of exactly 10, ask about headsets before booking. From 9:00 to 10:00, the Basilica requires earphones for audio and quiet inside.
- The tower visit uses a lift up and stairs down. Children under 6 cannot visit; children under 16 need an adult. The towers exclude visitors with reduced mobility, and further health restrictions apply. Check the tower tickets page before choosing the tower option.
- You get a full refund if you cancel at least 24 hours before departure; later cancellations receive no refund. Missing the tour through late arrival brings no refund.
