- Be at the Basilica entrance at your ticket time. Late arrivals cannot enter, and you cannot return after leaving.
- Trousers and skirts must reach at least halfway down the thigh. Bare shoulders are not allowed in the Chapel of the Holy Sacrament.
- Security staff check bags and personal items with metal detectors at the Basilica entrance. Outside food and drinks are not allowed.
- The Basilica route is wheelchair accessible, and prams are allowed. Visitors under 16 must be accompanied by an adult.
