The Basilica's opening-hours page gives Sunday visitor hours as 10:30–19:00. A 9:15 tour start does not establish entry at that time; check your Sunday departure with City Wonders. Metro lines L2 and L5 serve Sagrada Família station.

- The Basilica's FAQ requires official photo ID at the entrance. Bring the ID that matches your mobile or paper ticket. Visitors under 16 must be with an adult.
- Your Basilica ticket is valid only for its booked date and time. You cannot enter late or return once you leave the grounds.
- The Basilica's rules require trousers and skirts to reach at least mid-thigh. Transparent clothing and swimwear are not allowed. Cover your shoulders in the Chapel of the Holy Sacrament.
- The Basilica checks bags and personal items with metal detectors. Dangerous items and outside food or drinks are not allowed.
- You need moderate fitness for the City Wonders group tour. City Wonders group tours do not accept prams or visitors who need special assistance. The Basilica itself is accessible except for the towers.
- Cancel at least 24 hours before the City Wonders tour starts for a full refund. No refund applies if you cancel within 24 hours of the start. The tour can also be cancelled if too few people book.
