- Your Basilica ticket is valid only at its assigned time. Late arrivals cannot enter, and leaving ends your visit.
- Trousers and skirts must reach at least halfway down the thigh. Transparent clothing and swimwear are not allowed. Bare shoulders are barred in the Chapel of the Holy Sacrament.
- Bags and personal items are checked at the Basilica entrance. Outside food and drinks are not allowed.
- Wheelchairs and prams are accepted on the tour. Visitors under 16 must be accompanied by an adult.
