- Bring the official photo ID that matches your Sagrada Família ticket. Names on Basilica tickets cannot be changed after purchase.
- Be at the Basilica entrance at your ticket time. Late arrivals cannot enter, and you cannot return after leaving.
- Trousers and skirts must reach at least halfway down the thigh. Bare shoulders are not allowed in the Chapel of the Holy Sacrament.
- Security staff check bags and personal items with metal detectors at the Basilica entrance. Outside food and drinks are not allowed.
- Infant seats are available for the private vehicle. Visitors under 16 must be accompanied by an adult at the Basilica.
- Cancellation at least 24 hours before departure qualifies for a full refund. The tour can also be cancelled if the minimum traveller requirement is not met.
