Does the Barcelona bike tour include Sagrada Família entry?

The Barcelona bike tour stops outside the Sagrada Família for 20 minutes and does not include entry. The regular 3 hour ride returns to the shop. Your Basilica visit needs a separate booking. The official price list sets Basilica admission at €26, with museum access and the audioguide app.

What's included

Itinerary

1. Parc de la Ciutadella 10 min

   The regular route includes 10 minutes in Parc de la Ciutadella, with a group photo by the fountain or boating lake. The ride then continues to El Born.

2. El Born Centre de Cultura i Memòria 7 min

   El Born Centre de Cultura i Memòria is a 7 minute stop to look at archaeological remains with the guide.

3. Gothic Quarter 10 min

   The Gothic Quarter section lasts 10 minutes, with the group riding through narrow cobbled streets.

4. Barcelona Cathedral 5 min

   Barcelona Cathedral is a 5 minute stop for photos and an explanation of the Gothic architecture.

5. Plaça de Catalunya

   The route passes through Plaça de Catalunya between the Gothic Quarter and the houses on Passeig de Gràcia.

6. Casa Amatller 5 min

   Casa Amatller is a 5 minute façade stop next to Casa Batlló, with the guide explaining the building.

7. Casa Batlló 8 min

   Casa Batlló is an 8 minute exterior stop for photos and an explanation of Gaudí's design.

8. Casa Milà 5 min

   Casa Milà is a 5 minute stop on the ride along Passeig de Gràcia, with views of the façade.

9. Sagrada Família 20 min

   The Sagrada Família stop lasts 20 minutes outside, with time for photos and the guide's explanation. The official booklets place the Passion façade on Carrer de Sardenya, facing west towards the evening light.

10. Plaza de Toros Monumental de Barcelona 5 min

    The Monumental bullring is a 5 minute stop to discuss the building and the history of bullfighting in Catalonia.

Cancellation policy

Free cancellation up to 24 hours before departure. Later cancellations get no refund. Bookings are confirmed instantly. Bad weather can lead to cancellation of the ride.

Know before you go

• Your bicycle and guide are included in the tour price. A helmet is included if you want one.
• Request a child seat when you book if needed. Riders must cycle confidently; minimum heights are 150 cm for adults and 120 cm for children. Electric bike riders must be at least 150 cm tall.
• Snacks and tips cost extra. A tapas stop on the French or Spanish classic ride does not include the food.
• The ride is not recommended for travellers with poor cardiovascular health.
• The Basilica's FAQ limits entry to the time on your separate ticket; late arrivals cannot enter. The bicycle tour gives you 20 minutes outside.
• Cancel at least 24 hours before departure for a full refund; the ride can also be cancelled if too few travellers book.
